  1. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal basis for the processing of personal data will be the application of pre-contractual measures requested, meaning the data subject’s intention to enter into a contract with the data controller, in the event the data is provided for reviewing and evaluating the candidacy.
Likewise, the legal basis may be legitimate interest when processing the data to prevent, detect, and control abuses and fraud committed through the website.
Finally, when processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations, the legal basis will be such legal obligation.

ANIMUA, S.A. will not share personal data with third parties, except when legally required or to subcontracted third parties.

When the legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures requested by the candidate, the data will be retained as long as the candidate remains interested or until 2 years have passed since its receipt, whichever comes first.
If the legal basis is legitimate interest, the data will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill that purpose.
If processing is due to a legal obligation, the data will be retained for the periods established by the applicable legislation.
In any case, personal data will be retained for the necessary period to address possible legal responsibilities, and will be blocked if required until such responsibilities expire.
